THE BLOG MIGHT BE DEAD BUT THE PEOPLE IN IT MOST CERTAINLY AREN'T YET.
hello 6Q'05! (whoever's left looking at this)
i do miss primary school lots because it was much more relaxing and more fun, and like more jokes in class and stuff. and our teachers were great, and everything. and even though there was like exam stress and everything, we still made it through in the end, we still had our fun.
we still loved each other by the end of it all and no matter where we all went we would smile and wave and catch up with one another.
and what i miss most about primary 6 is the closeness. now we've all taken our separate routes and who knows eventually where we might end up, it is just so sad that we don't even keep in touch anymore.
social hierarchy. what is there to it? generally after lots of time, you don't talk to people.. then you drift. further, and further. till you're almost like strangers. you bloody walk past each other without even saying anything, without a smile, without acknowledgement that you've ever CONVERSED and it's just stupid okay.
BEST FRIENDS will become GOOD FRIENDS, GOOD FRIENDS will become FRIENDS, FRIENDS will become mere ACQUAINTANCES, and then..
you will start ignoring the existences of those you used to know and wave to every single day.
even though we're so caught up in our lives we should, perhaps, communicate more with one another.
before another of us leaves. then that will be too late;
too late to give back smiles and words of encouragement and love.
BE ENLIGHTENED TODAY;
AND HAPPY BELATED VALENTINES' DAY -
i should see the rest of you in school, or on teachers' day :D
LOVE
MANDI
